T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;de marka tescili, ilk ba\u015fta 10 y\u0131l s\u00fcreyle ge\u00e7erlidir ve bu s\u00fcre sonunda yenilenmedi\u011fi takdirde, <a href=\"https:\/\/atapatent.com.tr\/tr\/tescilli-markanin-sagladigi-haklar\/\">marka korumas\u0131<\/a> sona erer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yenileme i\u015flemi, marka sahiplerine, tescil s\u00fcresini 10 y\u0131l daha uzatma imkan\u0131 tan\u0131r. Yenileme Ba\u015fvurusunun Haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Marka yenileme s\u00fcreci, ba\u015fvurunun haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131yla ba\u015flar. Marka sahibi veya vekili, yenileme talebini i\u00e7eren bir dilek\u00e7e haz\u0131rlar. Bu dilek\u00e7ede, markan\u0131n tescil numaras\u0131, sahibi ve s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131 gibi temel bilgiler yer almal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"aioseo-2-yenileme-ucretinin-odenmesi\">2. Yenileme \u00dccretinin \u00d6denmesi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Yenileme i\u015flemi i\u00e7in belirlenen \u00fccretin, T\u00dcRKPATENT&#8217;e \u00f6denmesi gerekmektedir. \u00dccret, markan\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131f say\u0131s\u0131na ve yenileme d\u00f6nemine g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fiklik g\u00f6sterebilir. Yenileme talebi, \u00fccret \u00f6dendikten sonra i\u015fleme al\u0131n\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"aioseo-3-yenileme-basvurusunun-sunulmasi\">3. Yenileme Ba\u015fvurusunun Sunulmas\u0131<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Yenileme dilek\u00e7esi ve \u00fccret dekontu, T\u00dcRKPATENT&#8217;e sunulur. Ba\u015fvuru, genellikle \u00e7evrimi\u00e7i platformlar \u00fczerinden yap\u0131labilir. Ba\u015fvuru esnas\u0131nda dikkat edilmesi gereken en \u00f6nemli husus, yenileme ba\u015fvurusunun, marka tescil s\u00fcresinin sona erdi\u011fi tarihten \u00f6nce yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"aioseo-4-yenileme-onayi\">4. Yenileme Onay\u0131<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00dcRKPATENT, ba\u015fvuruyu inceledikten sonra yenileme talebini onaylar. Onaylanan marka, 10 y\u0131l s\u00fcreyle yeniden koruma alt\u0131na al\u0131n\u0131r.
